Since a very young age I have been fascinated with Britain’s amazing architecture.  Wherever you go there is always a fabulous building to visit, be it a ruined castle, a stately home or a quaint timber-framed pub.  This interest has developed and from 2011 – 2013 I undertook a MSt in Building History at the University of Cambridge (http://www.arct.cam.ac.uk/courses/mst-building-history-1).  This, in turn, inspired me to do a PhD, which I have just begun!

As I am fortunate enough to see so many fantastic buildings I have decided that I should like to share my experiences with everyone via this blog. I hope that you find it both interesting and fun!
